Black Bass action heats up

Anglers are seeing more success with black bass as air temperatures hit the mid-80s. Soft plastics fished near spawning grounds are producing great fish in the Boulder Basin. Stripers are taking anchovies from shore anglers in the Las Vegas Bay. Live bait is working well for boaters trolling between 40-60 feet. The bite is reportedly best in the late afternoon and overnight.
